Greg Thompson, President/Founder. Since its beginning in 1987, Greg has guided the company with steady, positive growth. He has created successful, on-going partnerships with several regional developers. His experience is founded in the construction industry. His ability to assemble key staff members has grown the company to be the area's leader in construction, remodeling, and fire restoration.

Kevin Hess, Vice President. Kevin has been a key staff member for over 9 years and brings over 10 years of project management experience. He has experience in both residential and commercial construction. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Grove City College.

Tim Franck, Manager of the Insurance Restoration Division. Tim has over 25 years of industry experience in residential construction. He has 12 years construction project management experience. Tim earned his Bachelor's degree in Urban Affairs and his Master's degree in Urban Administration from Wright State University. He is also certified in residential building inspection.

Brian Lambert, Production Manager. Brian has 20 years Construction / Restoration experience. He is IICRC Certified in Odor Control and Fire / Smoke Restoration. Brian also earned a degree in Drafting and Design.

Shauna Conley, Restoration Specialist. Shauna has 5 years experience working in the insurance industry. She earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree from Wright State University in Business Management.

Erika Oberer, Restoration Specialist. Erika has 2 years experience in the insurance restoration division with Greater Dayton Construction. Her family has been involved in the local residential construction industry for over 30 years. Erika earned two Bachelors of Business and Economics Degrees in Marketing and Management from the University of Kentucky.

Kathy Flannagan, Restoration Specialist. Kathy has been in the restoration division for 1 year. Before joining Greater Dayton Construction Group, Kathy worked in the local residential home building industry for 5 years. Prior to joining the construction industry, Kathy's work history is grounded in more than 20 years of business management and customer service management.

George Couch, Claims Representative. George has a combined 30 years experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry, 22 years as an estimator. He has experience in all aspects of the construction industry with successful training in insurance subrogation issues.

Mike Jaskolka, Claims Representative. Michael has 5 years experience in the residential construction industry. He has 3 years experience in estimating insurance restoration. Michael attended the University of Dayton studying Civil Engineering and Business Finance.

Gregg McCluskey, Claims Representative. Gregg has been in the remodeling and home improvement industry since 1971. He has been accredited as a Certified Remodeler thru the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). Gregg currently serves on the board of directors of the Miami Valley Chapter of NARI.

Troy Rosenburg, Claims Representative. Troy has more than 25 years in the construction industry specializing in both commercial and residential construction.

Adam Rose, Superintendent. Adam has 2 years in the commercial / residential construction industry. He graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

Jamie Perkins, Superintendent. Jamie has 10 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Dayton in Business Management.

Dan Haag, Superintendent. Dan has previous experience in the residential / commercial construction industry. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and an Associate degree in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology.

Jeff Ward, Superintendent. Jeff has 10 years of residential construction experience. He has 4 years custom home building experience and 6 years of production home building experience.

Jean Lovely, Assistant Superintendent. Jean has 9 years experience working in the residential construction industry. She has earned an associates degree in Tooling and Machine Manufacturing. Jean also served in the US Navy for 3 years.
